Honda New Zealand has an opportunity for a professional, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their Hondacare Contact Centre at the Honda New Zealand Head Office based in Newmarket. The Hondacare Centre operates Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
The successful applicant will have a natural flair for sales and enjoy the challenge of dealing with customers on the phone. You will need to demonstrate exceptional English communication skills. Essential to the role is professionalism, a strong drive to over achieve targets, the ability to build rapport and a passion for sales and customer service. A proven employment record in customer service & sales a must.
The role is a combination of inbound and outbound calls, with the primary objective of securing service appointments and test drives for our Honda Dealerships. It requires good computer literacy and keyboard skills with sound organisational time management and multi-tasking.
The remuneration package is very competitive, with a base salary and commission based on performance against agreed targets. Training in the role and our products and services will be on-going. Career progression into other areas of Honda’s business is encouraged for successful team members.
