Forward Collision Warning

The Honda Forward Collision Warning System uses
a small camera, mounted at the top of the windshield, to determine if you are at risk of a collision with another vehicle. The system issues audio and visual signals, and will automatically apply brake pressure should you fail to react.

    

Collision Mitigation Braking System

The Accord V6NT incorporates a millimetre wave radar sensor, that helps mitigate the severity of an unavoidable accident by automatically applying strong brake pressure when needed.

 

    

Lane Departure Warning

The windshield mounted camera identifies common safety markers, like lane dividers and catseye markers, and will issue an audio alert if you are about to leave your lane without signalling.

Road Departure Mitigation

The Road Departure system works in conjunction with the Lane Departure Warning sensors to gently correct your course, via steering and braking adjustments, in the event of the vehicle leaving a detected lane.		    

Lane Keep Assist

Honda’s Lane Keep Assist System reduces the strain of extended driving by helping you maintain your lane position. If the vehicle begins to leave the centre of a detected lane without signaling, the steering automatically adjusts to keep you centred.		    

Adaptive Cruise Control

The Accord’s onboard radar & camera sensors enable the Adaptive Cruise Control to maintain a set following interval by automatically adjusting your cruise control speed.
