Terms and Conditions

Promoter

The promoter is Honda New Zealand Limited (NZBN 9429035452066) of 455 Broadway, Epsom, Auckland 1023 (Honda).

Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 25 May 2026 to 31 July 2026 (inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). Only eligible paid periodical maintenance services services (Cash Sale or Paid Service Plan customers) completed during this period will qualify for entry (Qualifying Services).

Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, entrants must:

a) be 18 years of age or over;

b) Complete a paid full periodical maintenance service on a Honda vehicle at an Authorised Honda Service Outlet in New Zealand during the Promotion Period; and

d) Fleet and lease vehicles are excluded from the promotion.

e) Employees of Honda, authorised Honda Stores, Service Stores, Service Centres, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

f) To avoid doubt, services or repairs performed at an Authorised Honda Centre that are not periodical maintenance services, and any services performed at unauthorised centres, are not Qualifying Services.

How to Enter

a) Eligible customers will automatically enter with one (1) entry for each eligible paid service completed during the Promotion Period.

b) Each eligible PM service transaction constitutes a separate entry.

c) Entry into the promotion is automatic upon completion of an eligible PM service.

d) No additional fee is charged to enter this promotion.

e) Honda reserves the right to disqualify you if it becomes aware that you or your entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. You are required to retain your invoice or receipt in relation to the Qualifying Service.

Nature of Promotion

This promotion is a sales promotion scheme for the purposes of the Gambling Act 2003.

Prize

a) Each week during the Promotion Period, three (3) winners will each receive a $200 fuel voucher.

b) Vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing supplier (e.g. BP, Z Energy or equivalent provider) and clause 13 of these Terms and Conditions.

c) If unavailable, an alternative prize of equal or greater value will be provided to the winner.

d) Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

Draw and Winner Notification

a) The prizes will be drawn weekly by electronic random prize draw from all eligible entries on each Tuesday during the Promotion Period at Honda’s registered office at 455 Broadway, Epsom, Auckland 1023.

b) Each weekly draw will include all eligible entries received during that previous campaign week only.

b) Winner/s will be notified within three (3) business days by the email or phone number provided at the time of booking your service.

c) If a prize remains unclaimed for a period of three (3) business days after notification, it will be forfeited and Honda may conduct a redraw.

Prize Collection

The prize will be collected from the winner’s nearest Honda Store within 5 business days of notification (unless otherwise agreed).

Publicity

The winner agrees, with their prior written consent, to participate in reasonable promotional and publicity activities related to the promotion, including the use of their name, image, likeness, voice and statements in photography, video, audio recordings and written material.

Such promotional activity may include use on Honda New Zealand Limited’s websites, social media channels, internal communications, press releases and other marketing or promotional materials for the purpose of promoting Honda and the promotion.

Privacy

Honda will collect and use personal information for administering the promotion and related promotional activities, in accordance with Honda’s privacy policy available at www.honda.co.nz/privacy.

Marketing Consent

Entry into the promotion also entitles Honda to let you know from time to time about news, offers, products and services you might be interested in (by any medium, including telephone, email, mail, SMS or online marketing). In order to carry out direct marketing, your personal information will be collected from and disclosed to others that provide us with specialised data matching, trending or analytical services, as well as general marketing services. We, and other people who provide us with services, may combine the personal information collected from entrants or others, with the information we, or our service providers already hold about you.  We may also use online targeted marketing, data and audience matching and market segmentation to improve advertising relevance. It is a condition of entry that you consent to receive Honda’s marketing communications, although you may opt out of, or unsubscribe from, receiving marketing communications at any time, under applicable legislation.

Warranty Disclaimer

Participation in this promotion does not alter, extend or replace any existing Honda warranty terms or obligations. Customers remain responsible for maintaining their vehicle in accordance with Honda’s servicing requirements.

Supplier Conditions (Fuel Vouchers)

Fuel vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing supplier.

To the extent permitted by law, Honda is not responsible for: a) lost, stolen, expired or damaged vouchers; or b) any limitations, exclusions or restrictions imposed by the issuing supplier.

Any disputes regarding voucher use must be resolved directly with the issuing supplier.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Honda will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

General

Honda reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. b) Honda may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to compliance with New Zealand law. c) Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. d) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
