Honda Partners With National Geographic For A Great Migration

American Honda has partnered with National Geographic to present its latest documentary series ‘Great Migrations’, airing globally in November on the National Geographic Channel.

The seven-part global programming event will take viewers around the world on the arduous journey millions of animals undertake to ensure the survival of their species.

As part of its ‘Power of Dreams’ philosophy, Honda developed the Dream the Impossible Documentary Series showcasing the spirit of the Honda brand through unscripted human stories, revealing that impossible dreams can be realised through determination and creativity. The series can be found at

The latest short documentary instalment in the series will coincide with the world premiere of the first Great Migrations episode, chronicles of animal migration across the globe.

Leveraging the themes of the ‘Dream the Impossible’ documentary series and ‘Great Migrations’, National Geographic and Honda have worked together to build on the natural parallels between stories of survival and ingenuity in overcoming obstacles to follow dreams.

In addition to the seven hours of programming, ‘Great Migrations’ content will be featured across the spectrum of National Geographic properties, including magazine pieces, books, DVDs, mobile and iPhone apps, games, lectures, screenings, exhibits and tours.
