Why service your Honda at Honda?

We want your Honda ownership experience to be the very best it can be. Regular care and servicing help to preserve your car’s safety, performance, reliability and resale value.

We have professional and highly trained Honda technicians who know your vehicle inside out. We also have specialised Honda Computer Diagnostic Equipment for completing software checks, running software updates and access to genuine Honda parts.

Every time you service your car with us, our records will be updated with mileage and the work done. This way we will be able to remind you ahead of time when key service items are due.

Why we only use Honda genuine parts, oils & fluids

To ensure Honda vehicles are kept in perfect running order, it is recommended that only Honda genuine parts are used. These are specifically engineered for Hondas, designed to fit perfectly, maintain optimum performance, improve fuel efficiency, reduce emissions and maximise vehicle longevity.

Similarly engine oils are really important as they play a key role in protecting your engine and ensuring its performance. Not all engine oils are the same, that's why we only use Honda FEO or LEO oils as they have been tested extensively and are designed for use in Honda vehicles.

What about costs and guarantees?

We offer vehicle specific service packages called UltraCare, TotalCare and StartCare which are comprehensive and represent great value.

If during a service, our technicians find anything that needs attention, we will discuss it with you first. We will let you know the additional costs of doing this and only if you agree, will this work then commence. This way there will be no surprises when you get your bill.

At Honda we stand by our cars and our service excellence. If you are not completely happy with, or still have concerns about your vehicle’s performance after the service, please let us know and we will attend to it right away.

UltraCare Service Package

UltraCare is our premium service package. Offering an extensive 60-point service, safety and operational check, it is designed for all Honda models under New Car Warranty.

We'll check your vehicle's performance, update software if required, replace engine oil, filter (if needed), check fluids and pay special attention to your brakes. By removing brake callipers and relubricating all moving components, we ensure optimum braking performance, fuel efficiency and reduce brake pad wear.

Your car will be returned washed, vacuumed and tyres blacked, ready to go.

TotalCare Service Package

TotalCare is our standard service package, offering a detailed 55-point service, safety and operational check. It’s designed for all Honda models.

We’ll check your vehicle’s operation and systems, and run detailed software checks if required.

We’ll replace the engine oil, filter (if needed) and check fluids, using only Honda genuine parts. The remaining operational checks are both visual and computer diagnostic if needed, to ensure that all components are in optimum working condition. We'll also check your vehicle's performance and run software updates if required.

Your car will be returned washed, vacuumed and tyres blacked, ready to go.

StartCare Service Package

StartCare is our basic 45-point service, safety and operational check package designed for older Honda vehicles not under warranty.

We’ll check your vehicle’s operation and systems. We’ll replace the engine oil, oil filter (if needed) and check fluids, using only Honda genuine products specifically designed and tested for your car.

We’ll let you know if any additional work outside the service package is required, before we do anything.

We’ll return your car checked and ready to go.
