HOW TO PLAY:
Once you have made your purchase and received your scratch card, simply scratch the dots and match 4 of the same symbols to win the corresponding prize.

The promotion is offered to Trade Panel and Mechanical customer account holders with Honda New Zealand Ltd (Honda).
This promotion is NOT available to wholesale operators as designated by Honda.
Scratch cards are automatically earned with every purchase of Genuine Honda Parts through Honda Parts Direct during the promotional period as outlined below.

Purchase Genuine Honda parts through Parts Direct between 9 November 2020 – 1 March 2021 to obtain your scratch cards based on the following criteria:
Every order receives one scratch ticket.
- Scratch prize panel. If you scratch and find four matching symbols, you win the corresponding prize from the prize table.
Email parts@honda.co.nz with a photograph of the winning card (clearly showing the serial number and the winning prize panel) & your business card to register your win.
Please hold onto your card in the event that we need more details.
*Prizes may take 20 business days to process.
Who is Eligible:
- Promotion is not open to the public or individuals. Registered Trade account holders only.
- The promotion is open to New Zealand residents only and the company must be registered with Honda Parts Direct.
- Entry is per individual business at individual locations.
- Scratch tickets are the property of the business owner who may disperse prizes to staff within the business at their discretion.
- Purchases must be made during the promotional period. No prior orders or deferred payments will be allowed if they are outside the promotional dates.
- Employees of Honda New Zealand and Honda Agents, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person(s) from participating in the promotion at its discretion.
- Accounts must be current at the time of winning.
Prize Terms:
- *The $10,000 and $5,000 backyard upgrades will be given to the winner in the TBC form of a Mitre 10 Trade Account. The prize winner must organise their own design and labour.
- Winners of the $2,500 holiday will be given a choice of holiday package which is subject to availability and Honda’s discretion. The package includes travel and accommodation to the value of $2500 and any costs over this will be at the prize winner’s expense.
- Honda does not take responsibility for cancellations or re-booking once the package has been purchased.
- The promoter may choose to offer the winner a cash settlement equal to the prizes.
- Prize Winners are responsible for all health, travel and liability insurance.
- Prizes are subject to availability and in the event that the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value, alter or reschedule the prize at the discretion of the Promoter. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged, altered or deferred unless granted.
- The prize is not transferable outside of the winning business.
- Merchandise vouchers are able to be redeemed on items listed at parts@honda.co.nz (includes Red Bull F1, Alpha Tauri F1 & Scott Dixon merchandise). Vouchers are only redeemable on stocked items and are while stocks last.
- Any freight incurred for size changes will be at the winner’s expense.
- The Promoters’ decisions are final and no correspondence may be entered into.
- Return for credit policies will apply to entry qualification.
- All prizes must be redeemed by March 1st, 2022
- Winners may be announced by email throughout the competition.
Use of Personal Information:
- By participating, entrants grant the Promoter exclusive permission to use their names, photographs, voices and personal details in connection with the promotion for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive the claim to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
- All entrant personal and company details will be held by the Promoter and may be used for future promotions and marketing purposes unless otherwise stated.
Exclusions and Liability:
- The winner takes the prize at their own risk and indemnifies the Promoter (Honda) in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The winner is responsible for all insurance, tax, and other costs that may be associated with the prize unless specified by Honda New Zealand Ltd.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of promotion entry, winning or using the promotion prize.
- Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for scratch cards or prizes lost in the post or undelivered.
