Dear Current and Future Honda Owners,

At Honda New Zealand we are reimagining the way we do business by putting you in the driver’s seat.

One of our guiding philosophies centres around our ‘Joy to Buy’ experience, which constantly encourages us to look at ways to evolve how we meet your needs.

In 2000 we launched the ‘Honda Price Promise’ to bring true fairness and transparency to buying a new Honda in New Zealand. What this means is that no matter where you buy a new Honda, you get the same price and the same deal. This was a first for the car industry in New Zealand.

Fast forward to 2021 and this month we are unveiling a new look Honda Network that reaches from Kaitaia all the way to Invercargill and includes an exciting new Honda Online purchasing experience.

Our restructured sales and service model centres around three new store types:

Honda Stores: An ‘in-person’ hospitality experience on site. Our Honda Ambassadors are here to assist with sales of New and Certified Used cars, After Sales products, and Servicing. Our Honda Stores mostly resemble Honda dealerships operating today.

Honda Service Stores: An ‘in-person’ hospitality experience for After Sales products and Servicing to customers on site. They also have new Honda demonstrator cars for viewing and test drives, with sales facilities and amenities for Honda vehicle sales. If you have purchased your new Honda online they can be selected as your delivery and pick-up point too. Our new online platform that enables you to browse and purchase your new Honda car, either partially or end-to-end, while still offering all the usual conveniences our website offers.

You, our customer, are the cornerstone of everything we do. This is an exciting period of change and we look forward to welcoming you online or in-person at one of our Honda stores, where you will continue to experience our Honda hospitality.
