Terms and Conditions

General

  1. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promoter is Honda New Zealand Limited, PO Box 9590, Newmarket, Auckland, 1149
  3. The survey is the online survey being sent by email.

 

Qualifying Entrants

  1. To qualify for entry into the prize draw you must purchase New or Used Honda by 31st March 2022 and complete the survey by 9:00 pm 30th April 2022.
  2. This Prize draw is open to NZ residents aged 18 years or over who have provided a valid email address. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, and anyone else connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
  3. By entering the Prize draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Terms and Conditions.

 

Prize Draw Entries

  1. Purchase of a New or Used Honda and completion of the online survey is regarded as the entry to the Prize draw.
  2. Email surveys will be sent to all customers who have purchased a New or Used Honda and provided a valid email address. Emails will be sent at the discretion of Honda New Zealand.
  3. Only one entry per person is allowed and any entrant who enters more than once will still have one entry.
  4. Proof of posting or emailing cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to Entries, or Entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

 

Prize

  1. The prize is a $500 petrol voucher from MTA New Zealand Ltd. The voucher is valid for 12 months, and can be redeemed at more than 2,700 participating outlets.
  2. There are terms of use that apply to the MTA petrol voucher that can be viewed here.
  3. The Prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged, altered or deferred.
  4. If the prize is not claimed within 15 days after the notification being sent, an additional prize draw will be conducted and a new winner will be selected and contacted.
  5. The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence may be entered into.

 

Liability

  1. The winner takes the prize at their own risk and indemnifies the Promoter in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry, winning or using the Promotion prize.
  3. The Promoter takes no responsibility for the Prize lost in the post or undelivered.

 

Data Protection and Publicity

  1. Any personal data relating to entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent.
  2. All entrants personal and company details will be held by the Promoter and may be used for future promotions and marketing purposes unless otherwise stated.
  3. By participating, entrants grant the Promoter exclusive permission to use their names, photographs, voices and personal details in connection with the promotion for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive the claim to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
